EYFS

Science - Using the ideas from PLAN knowledge matrices, learning is sequentially planned so that children are able to access the Y1 Science curriculum.

Computing: The children will learn how to use Ipads and touch technology to achieve a designed outcome.  They will role play using computers and keyboards.

Computing: The children are taught basic typing skill.

Computing: The children continue to develop their typing skills, learn how to edit text and save work

Computing: The children continue to develop their typing skills, learn how to copy and paste images and practice saving and editing their work.  

PSHE - PSHE MTP - World of work, jobs and careers.   Spending and saving money

Computing: The children will continue to develop their typing skills, learn how to embed films, input hyperlinks and animations.

Computing: The children will continue to develop their typing skills, learn how to collaborate on documents, learn how to organise their work and how to create surveys and forms to discover information

French – knowledge of French language to take to secondary school.

Science - Science is a spiral curriculum.  Planning ensures that learning is built upon secure previous knowledge. There is a progression of leaning document which maps the sequence of learning for each topic e.g plants occurs in each year group 

Computing: The children will continue to develop their typing skills through website design. The children will learn how to use Excel to create formulas and budget.  

PSHE - Mental health and keeping well. Managing challenges and change. Transition to secondary school.
